Well I am finally getting the hang of my new hoop! My flow isn't quite there yet but it is getting there! I haven't had too much time to just have a flow session lately due to work and school but I'm hoping that soon I can really get into it! And I'm also hoping that this summer I will have plenty of time to just hoop and flow. I also know that I need time to work out and take walks. I really want to start working out and eating healthy but I keep gravitating towards junk food really late at night. I just need to get rid of all of my junk food and detox for a week or so just to get rid of the cravings because I give into them so easily! I just need to come home from work and if I'm hungry eat a small snack and be done with it. I should probably try to start going to be earlier and waking up earlier; that would probably help too especially considering our gym closes at 10. I usually eat really healthy other than that. But I am determined to do it! Tonight I will enjoy the rest of my jaw breakers and then no more candy or sweets for at least a week. I just got a tea infuser and a fruit infuser for water so I can use those to help flush out all of the toxins in my body and start fresh. Gotta get that bikini body; only a couple months away! But I also got a mint plant tonight which I am super excited for! I put it in one of my Hello Kitty pails that my roommate gave me for Valentine's Day because she knows how much I love Hello Kitty. The three things that people associate me with are Hello Kitty, hooping and Yin and Yang. But now I am just rambling. Have a wonderful night lovelies!
