Last night I had the most amazing flow session at the gym where I teach! Sadly I only had one student last night and we ended up finishing class early, but afterwards I went to the upper half of the gym and just hooped. Usually I have a hard time getting into my flow when I am in public (even though I hoop outside and in my lounge all the time), but for some reason I was able to really get into my flow last night. I've been self-conscious and kind of frustrated with my flow lately so to really feel it last night was amazing! It definitely gave me some of my confidence back. I was even able to come up with a new move just like messing around with the hoop! The only problem is that it is a little awkward when I bring it behind my back. I think I'm going to have to take a video of it and post it on Instagram asking for peoples' advice with it. I'm sure someone can help me figure out how to make it look smoother. I haven't actually seen what it looks like but it just feels like it looks awkward in the back. But I showed one of my friends last night and she said that it looks really pretty in the front when I bring it in front of me and spin the hoop in my hand. Speaking of spinning hoops, I finally got down horizontal hand-spins! They just looks so graceful and beautiful and I'm so excited that I finally got them at least one way! But I guess I should stop procrastinating and do my homework. Have a lovely night!
